We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Skyfly Networks ships primarily by United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx in addition to United States Postal Service (USPS) and multiple carriers for freight shipments.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping & Processing Orders placed before 4 PM CST (GMAT-6) generally ship the same business day, subject to availability, inclement weather and Holidays. Only United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx applies for this and United States Postal Service (USPS) is excluded. If United States Postal Service (USPS) is selected for shipping, the order will usually ship out in 24-48 hours from the order being placed.
Special order items and some items sent directly from our suppliers may take 24-48 business hours to ship. Orders requiring assembly or international orders may not ship the same day.
International & Domestic USPS packages are not scanned/tracked by the US Post Office. Therefore, if USPS is chosen as a shipping method, Skyfly Networks is not responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packages. This includes any lost shipping costs.
Orders over 150 lbs ship by freight and we will contact you with shipping charges. We will contact you timely of any shipping issues or expected delays. Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Our staff always strives to provide the fastest and reliable product delivery.
Your shipment status can be tracked directly from our website at www.skyflynetworks.com by logging into your account. Please note that we occasionally ship from multiple warehouses and your order may arrive in multiple boxes and at different times. Your packing slip, included in the shipment, provides detailed information about your shipment contents. Your order confirmation, shipment notices and packing slips are emailed to the email account you left with us at the time when you placed your order and can also be retrieved by logging into your account.
Delivery times to international locations vary, depending on the
country. Skyfly Networks reserves the right to bill you for additional
handling fees imposed by UPS or FEDEX and incurred by Skyfly Networks in
conjunction with delivering the product to you. These additional
handling fees include, but are not limited to: extended area surcharge,
address change or correction while in-transit, oversize box surcharge,
shipment intercept, hold for pickup at terminal, and other fees billed
to Skyfly Networks by a common carrier. Import duties and brokerage fees
for international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Replacements
At SkyFly Networks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unopened
items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You may returned opened products within 30 days for a full refund as long as less than 30% of the product has been used.
Items that are Not Refundable
- Products without original packaging
- Products where 30% or more have been used
- Products purchased more than 30 days from date of return request
- A 25% Restocking fee may apply to certain products
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are a customer with an account, to make a return, simply log in to your account by clicking “log in” or “my account” at the top of the page. Once logged in, go to the CUSTOMER TAB on the home page and click on RMA. The page will open to “Product Return” where you can fill in the information.
If you do not have an account, click the “Customer” tab on the HOME and click on the RMA link. Once you are at the RMA return product page fill out the information and click submit,
A customer service representative will contact you once this form is
submitted and will provide you with a return authorization number for
your records and for the return package. Returns will not be accepted
without a return authorization number.
We Accept Payment via Major Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard and American
Express. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL
certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card
information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without
any compromising factors.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Promotions and NEW products will be available time to time on our web site , you will also be notified via Email if you registered to our Newsletter. To receive promotions become a member of SkyFlyNEtworks.com newsletter. From time-to-time we will contact you via email with promotion codes. If you would like to become a member simply enter your email at the bottom of the page. The only information we will collect from you will include you: name and email. You will need to create a password as well. If you decide that you would like to discontinue receiving promotions from time-to-time for us you may opt-out by clicking on the 'opt-out link' at the bottom of the promotional email and following the simple steps.
Whenever you place an order through the SkyFly Networks's website, your order is added to your order status history in the top section of 'your account'.Within this section, you can view the details of every Snapfish order you make (within 12 months). You can view:
- The status of each order (whether it has been completed, shipped, etc.)
- A breakdown of the charges
- A history of your past orders (up to 12 months)
To view the details of an order, including the products and prints ordered, click 'order details' on the right side of the order.
Updating Account Information
- To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the
Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login
information you will be brought to your account page, which has a
sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
- To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on
the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
- To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the
sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your
address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit
Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
- To subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
